Prices are given in Euro and include room rates per person per night, apartments per day and a minimum stay of 3 nights.
Tourist tax:
Winter EUR 4,00 per person and night (not payable for children aged below 15 years old)

Arrival and departure:
The rooms and apartments are available from 14:00 on the day of arrival. On the day of departure, we kindly ask you to vacate the apartments by 10:00 a. m. at the latest.
Car parking:
Are available in the hotel’s own parking garage.
Payment:
EC-Card or Cash payment no later than the evening before departure.
Pets:
Are welcome in our house.
Reservations:
A booking is only valid after the receipt of a written booking confirmation! As soon as a reservation is made, the general Austrian hotel contract conditions apply.
Deposit:
A deposit is required for a fixed reservation (as described in the reservation letter). Terms and conditions are in accordance with the general Austrian hotel contract conditions.
